Understanding and customer focused

I would like to thank and compliment Natasha for the manner in which she dealt with a delicate subject.<br> <br> My family and myself enjoyed a wonderful evening of great food and ambiance, only to be spoilt at the very end by a thoughtless comment(Details not important)<br> <br> The important part:<br> <br> When the matter was brought to Natasha`s attention, she called me apologized on behalf of Hussar Grill, was understanding and non judgmental. She was approachable, and made me feel like going back(which we weren't planning on doing).<br> <br> She is a fantastic ambassador, and an asset to Hussar Grill.
