Hussar Grill...Letdown in Port Elizabeth

I have been going to various Hussars since 1980 and never have I had meals that were so disgusting as the 2 visits that I made in the last 3 weeks. I went a second time as I thought that the restaurant just had an off day previously but boy was I wrong. There were 3 meat eaters and one fish eaters. Nothing wrong with the fish eaters food. The three meat eaters food was so grossly over done and all meals were brought out at different times so whilst you waited for others to get their food yours went cold. The service was disgusting and when we politely complained the manager just smiled. We paid fully and left with having one mouthful of meat. The restaurant was a quarter full on a Saturday night which was similar to the previous visit. Pity there would be a great demand in PE to the Hussars that we are used to in the Cape Town area. Perhaps get your staff to stop speaking so loudly, Get properly trained waiters, staff that actually knows the different cooking levels of red meat and PLEASE get an experienced manager who will actually help and do something about the problem.
