Bad service 1st time at Hussar Grill Grandwest!

We visited Hussar Grill for the first time ever & decided on the branch in Grandwest. Firstly there weren't any tables available as apparently there was a show on at the Grant Arena and they don't normally take bookings but we arrived at the door and only option available for seating was at the bar :( Nevertheless we were ok with the seating arrangements as had heard many good reviews from friends regarding the food. We placed our order at 6pm (we were seated first at the bar) and then by 6.20pm other patrons also sitting at the bar, their food starting arriving. By 6.30, we called for the manager and he gave us some wishy washy story about the kitchen mixing up the orders. By 6.45pm they placed us at a table and by 6.50pm (50 minutes later! shocking!!) our food finally arrived. The waitors were super apologetic but the manager wasn't phased at all and very casually apologized. Our second round of softdrinks was on the house but I was disgusted by the manager's level of customer service. I will definitely not be visiting this branch EVA again and will be sure to put this on their Facebook page as well as sharing my awful experience with all people I know.
