Good reaction to an unsatisfactory comment

Although the meat wasn’t done as well as it usually is, the manager on duty Rambo wasn’t happen with that comment and insisted on giving us something in lieu of this. Despite us saying No, he sent through a dessert cos he was not happy. It shows that quality means a lot to this franchise which is very pleasing.
