Hussar Grill Port Elizabeth appalling

I took my mother to HG PE last week Tuesday 24 July while i was in town on business. They did not have a number of items on the menu, which i have never experienced of a Hussar Grill before and then we had to send our starters back as they were still frozen and then we sent our steaks back as they were cold on the plate and when we received new steaks these were ice cold in the middle as well....med rare. We left immediately. This is the worst restaurant experience i have ever had and is such a pity about this franchise as HG Rondies is great!!!
