Huru poor service

I have been trying to request a copy of my report for employment since 11h20 today. I called them on ***, spoke to a friendly lady gave her my id no she checked and said she will email it to me. Never received it, so i called again Mpho answers very stroppy. I explain again. He then tells me I only have finger prints on the system and no one requested proof. I had this done last year and had to drive to a specific post office to do this which was not close by. Mpho tells me i can do it online or go back to that post office and request it there fir R280.00 I went online cannot access, notify Mpho online of this problem. Later telephonically he tells me to use another device which i did still i cant access. He goes off line while talking to me. i try again i get another person so i tell him I am not telling my story all over again he should as MPHO, he sends me back to Mpho, I then asked for his manager. Responded his in a meeting (LOL). Theni said then give me his manager to call me. NO RESPONSE!!

This is so frustrating yet the logo's etc. say they are fast and reliable!
