NON-EXISTENT SERVICE

Good day, I purchased a mini DC UPS from an electronics shop in Port Elizabeth, on 6 January 2024. The port became faulty and when I wanted to return it, I was advised by the shop owner to contact D Mart directly as they will be able to assist me with the replacement (Product is sold with a one year warranty as noted on the box). I have sent the company an email (I used both email addresses given via Google and also contacted the company via Instagram. I have not had any feedback from them - not on instagram nor my 2x emails. I can see that the company is active on Instagram as they posted something just the other day. In my view, this is shocking service.
