Bad service at Hurricane Mobile

I have a hurricane Mobile phone for approximately 2 months now and I have had endless problems with it. I have corresponded on Hurricane Mobile FB page regarding the matter and was told that the Client service dept will call me. The next day a lady from the Client service dept did call me. I conveyed my problem to her regarding my phone and she said that she will discuss the matter with her manager and that she will revert back to me the next day. It's been 4 days later and still no reply. Hurricane Mobile has also stopped responding to my continued messages and requests on their FB page. I love their design and possibilities their phones have but their service seriously needs attention.
