Atrocious treatment at the Hurricane Car wash-

On Friday evening I went to the Hurricane Car Wash to get my car washed. There were a number of cars when I go there. So I was to park my car one one bay while the car washers were finishing off one car next to mine. I took a seat and after twenty minutes I went out for a walk and came back after about 10 more minutes. When I came back I went to chek the progress on my car. It hadn't been touched save for just opening the door. I went to ask one of the washers. Wile talking to him a 'new' guy who had just arrived came, gave one washer R20 and said \I am in a hurry I will give you a tip now so you will do quick\". The idiot of a car washer just walked away from me and went to wash the newly arrived car because he had been bribed. I asked for a manager and they pointed me to some guy who also seemed not to have it together in his head. I asked for the owner and they pointed upstairs to some dirty dingy office. I met a burly white man. Unfriendly, condescending and the way he spoke to me was demeaning, condescending and downright stupid. He told me he can't do anything. I was and am still appalled by such idiotic behaviour from down up. I demanded my refund and left. Disgusted! "
