The worst service I have ever received

On 6 March 2015 I purchase goods to the value of R1,640 from this website. Payment was made on the same day and the proof of payment was sent to the required fax number. After numerous phone calls, messages and e-mails I have not been able to reach Koot. It is not acceptable to demand payment before continuing with the transaction and then disappear with the money without delivering. I am considering opening a case of theft against Koot le Roux. <br> <br> I will certainly not recommend anybody to purchase anything from this website.
