Ou Kootie, what a *****...

I ordered some products from huntonline.co.za I immediately paid the requested amount via internet EFT. Months later I still had not received anything or even heard a word from ou Koot le Roux (even after trying to contact him)(which he flatout ignored). I went to my local Small Claims Court and filed a case against ou Koot. I sent two registered Small Claims letters to both addresses he provided on his website: which he never went to claim (it was sent back to me). Ou Koot was compelled by law to appear at the (closest) court from where I sent the internet EFT (being Durban). He lives all the way in Johannesburg, so he decided to FINALLY contact me for the very first time: MONTHS AFTER I paid him for the goods. Ou Kootie said he couldn't get hold of the products and would therefore return the money he owed me. I had some expenses that I suffered (eg Small Claims etc) and so asked for a bit more, which ou Kootie obliged to.
