No delivery on Lee Products

I have ordered a Lee reloading kit, a collar set as well as bullets to the total value of R3527.00 on the 1st of June 2015. I faxed and mailed a proof of payment to Mr. Koot le Roux on the 2nd of June 2015. After numerous calls emails and faxes he called once to confirm receipt of payment. After more mails and not answering any calls Koot eventually rep**** via e-mail on 15/06/2015 stating that he is expecting delivery during the course of that week and promised delivery to me at that point. Today I mailed Koot again and the mail bounced back. Also the Huntonline domain is not available. I suspect ***** and intend to open a ***** case. I did a recall at the bank to no avail. His account at Standard was still active at the time.
