I am a practicing attorney in the western cape and one of my clients fell victim to this ****. A letter was sent to Mr Le Roux of Huntonline advising him that a ******** charge of ***** will be reported to the SAPS and a request to have his website removed will be pursued. He contacted my client in the early morning hours to advise that he shall repay the funds. Currently my client is awaiting confirmation from his bank that the funds were returned. Please be aware that it is believed that some people will not make the effort to demand their funds back, resulting in this person being unjustly and *******ly enriched to the expense of those people. You are urged to lay ******** charges against this person should this happen to you. His business is in the process of deregistration at the office of CIPC. And he is definitely afraid of police action. Our office has decided to, regardless of our client receiving his funds, pursue with ******** charges.
