Does not answer his phone

I ordered goods on line and made payments.<br> After numerous emails and calls he eventually offered to pay back the funds.I told him to change the order to another item that was in stock.He agreed.I am still waiting for the courier to deliver and as yet have received no further correspondence with dispatch detail.
