The owner from Huntley House BnB Westville Durban was super rude when we were sorting out an issue at her BnB and my gold chain was ****** from the room i stayed in at her place, the room called guava room, she refused to let me see the CCTV cameras to see what could have happened to my ****** item, which shows there is something they have to hide regarding the theft, the owners daughters were welcoming and gave great service but Jane's behaviour is the reason for the low rating especially when there was a theft on her premises
