Hunters Horror non -refund

I bought a part at this establishment on the 13th August 2019 and they supp**** me with wrong part and i return the next day and they promise to get it for me in a day or two. A week later they failed to find the part and i found the part at the other shop and i informed them that i bought a part and they agreed to refund me on 23 August.

From 23rd August i spoke to the owner (Lione)l every week and he made empty, rude and sarcastic promises until i gave up on the 18th October 2019 and told him to keep the money than being **** emotionally mistreated.
