Not paying out clients for good sold!!!!

I had a rifle to be sold at this store, it has been sold to another client and the first excuse came as I had to wait until the funds shows in their bank account before they could give me my funds for the rifle.<br> after patiently waiting out 3 days I was told the owner is in Johnannesburg but the transfer will be done. 2 days later still no funds were transferred so the calls started, one after the other call was made to the outlet just to hear that the transfer has been made and even that the person speaking to me were present when transfer were done. After a wait of 12 days for an amount of R18000 there is still no payment made to me.
