Refund not paid back in more than a month

On 10 January I placed an order for goods with the company, goods were not marked sold out but in stock. I was the notified that the goods will only be in stock within 3 months. I did inform the sales person that I can not wait this long for the goods and would like a refund. Refund was confirmed to be paid out with the next payroll date and would then reflect in my bank account within 10 days. I still did not receive the refund to my account or card as promised. I have emailed the responsible person handling the case but till now they have not responded back to my emails again.
