Huntalot took my money

I ordered a Holosun red dot scope from Huntalot which, according to there website, was in stock and transferred the money. They responded by saying it's out of stock and offered me an inferior replacement for an extra R1000. I declined and asked my money back as they removed all Holosun products from there website. They asked my banking info to refund me and sent me a note that I've been refunded but the money never showed up in my banking account and they don't answer any further enquiry.
