Huntalot not refunding after 2 months

I ordered from Huntalot in December 2022. They emailed me to say they do not have stock of my ordered and paid for items. They offered to refund me or I can choose other items. I asked for other items which was again out of stock. I requested a full refund which is still not paid on the 24th of Feb 2023. Ref HA47269
