Waste of time

Dismal service all round. Placed an order and 3 days later they tell me they have no stock, this is after I had to contact them for any sort of recognition of my order. They insisted they have a replacement to which I agreed to. No response for the next couple of days so I decided to email. No response again. Phoned them again and they said they will reply to my emails shortly. No response. After a week and a half they say the replacement is out of stock... this only after I called to find out what was happening again. 2 weeks wasted and still waiting for my refund. You have to hold their hand the whole way otherwise you hear nothing and nothing gets done.
