Sad, bad service

As the others replying on this forum, I also wish I had read here first. I was also under the impression they had the stock. 5 days after placing my orders they email me to say that the Bullet puller (a common item) was out of stock but they have an alternative. Within 10 minutes, I accepted their alternative. A week later, many emails and 6 phone calls later, I still have no delivery advice. They tell me that they do not keep anything in stock as they an on-line store. I have dealt with countless online stores and their service is fantastic. Very annoyed.
