Huntalot bad service

I ordered a pepper grenade and received a product different to what was advertised. They assured me that it was the right product, but after consulting with the manufacturer i found that it was not the product that i wanted. The matter was handled by Chad, but he was clueless. There is absolutely no communication from their side and don't want to refund. Stay away!!!!Once they have your money, you are on your own. Sad, sad situation. Robbing without guns.
