Bad service and bad website management. Don't cares

I would put no stars if that was posable. Service is appealing... Delivery takes a week in major city where they have a branch and when the delivery comes its short on items where apon enquireing about the shortage I am told that it's out of stock and must wait a month or more for stock to arrive. Where as there website still sells it and they take your mony but don't deliver. I am not letting it slide.
