Absolutely useless

The most useless online site I have ever dealt with. I made an order on the 4th of September and have still not received my order. I asked for a refund a WEEK ago and when I phone I get told the manager is out. They don’t reply to emails so I have to keep phoning them. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS.
