Zevenwacht Mall pathetic Service 31/05/2025

We arrived at the hungry lion Zevenwacht mall at 20:22 whereby the order was placed . 30 plus minutes we were called to collect our food whereby my husband didn’t even have tomato on his big boss burger and my 6 wings weren’t even cooked yet . We were informed that we have to wait another 10 minutes for wings and once we got the wings they made a mistake by making it dunked instead of plain . They then said we need to wait another 15 minutes of which we were already frustrated. Aside from the food the staff on duty was too focused on cleaning instead of getting our order done . 9:09 pm I had asked to see the manager and no answer was give to me . I find this very unprofessional for any business. This was a loved hungry lion branch of ours but I won’t be going back anytime soon . The team working tonight should never be scheduled together again . I’ve been to this hungry lion numerous of times before but tonight was very disappointing. The main purpose of a business is to ensure that there’s effective and efficient service delivery and that the customers are well served leaving them to come back after the service they’ve received. Please ensure that your staff in Zevenwacht mall is well aligned with your business values and strategy.
