Wrong orders all the time

We've been there on 2 occasions within a 2 week period for a party meal, orders are always wrong, we requested Zamba and got plain chicken, our 2 sides was not given the first time, second time it was gravy, no mash, chips tasted horrible, Absolutely pathetic service from the N1 city branch and it's quite a distance to drive back to them from where we stay, don't think I'll go to this branch again or rather stick to the KFC in our area. Stay away from N1 city's branch.
