Worst service in King, disgusting display of food.

I was just at Hungry lion, Qonce Eastern Cape. I placed my order at 10:54 and went back about 11:15 to collect my order. The lady at collections ignored me, I waited till she called all the names and then she ignored me and walked away. She then came back, paid no attention to me and carried on with other orders. I called on her and gave her my slip, she looked around and carried on helping others. I then asked, "sisi are you going to help me" upon which she took my slip and handed my package with no apology. I didn't know I have to neg for my food after I paid. I will never go back there and I will make sure I will tell King Williams Town about Metlife mall Hingry Lion, I asked the ladies name coz she had no badge, ahe said Avuyile. I am utterly disgusted I wonder if my food isn't spoiled with the service I got. I just opened it for the pic on your whatsapp and it has pieces of chips in my wings i didnt ask for chips. I'm so disgusted.
