Worst service ever experienced.

The worst customer service ever. There were a lot of staff members behind the counter but guess what? We waited for our orders with this lady for an hour when there were people that got there after us but got their orders first. I am not the only customer that was complaining because of such bad service. They didn't even bother to inform us what was the delay. To top it all I got burnt meat. I couldn't return the mean as the store was already close.
