Worst service ever..

I went to a Hungry Lion branch in Parow Sanlam Centre. That was on the 19/07/2023. I ordered the big bite 3 with drink and upsized my chips. I also asked for zamba/spicy chicken.

After waiting for 10 mins I was told by a laughing server that it will be ready soon. I saw at least 4 people that came after me get served first. When I enquired about my order again I was told they can't do refunds on vouchers and was only offered normal chicken after 19 mins in the restaurant. At this time I had 5 mims left of my lunch break. I was then told the zamba chicken would take another 10 mins to get done and by then my lunch would be over.

What i found disgusting is the fact that two of the servers were laughing and smiling while I showed my frustration. The manager took another 5 mins to come from the back, the only solution was to change to normal chicken and I was told they cant refund.

Must say this was probably the worst experience I've ever had in any food chain restaurant ever. Never have I ever had to wait that long for food and never had I ever been laughed at for expressing my displeasure at the poor service.
