WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I am VERY dissatisfied with the service of Hungry Lion in Parow Centre. We were standing and waiting outside a closed Hungry Lion as staff members were having lunch. I do not mind the wait however, the note on the door said they will reopen at 2:45pm. We waited and eventually it was time to reopen and when we asked then to open, they were sitting at the table and talking, looking at us asking them to open and saying no they do not want to open. Other customers came along and asked them to open, instead staff members danced and walked the other way as if it was the biggest joke ever. This is the worst service ever from this company. If matters are not sorted out and/or addressed, I shall be forced to take this further as being in a service delivery business, you are to conduct matters professionally and not appoint staff who refuses to do their jobs in the face of the customers. Disgraceful!!!
