Worse service ever

I have a complaint against a cashier, resulting to me not enjoying the meal. It's the second time we have the same issue, she not friendly at all. The cashier goes by the name Anam at Promenade branch. At first I thought she was having a bad but clearly this is in her nature.

We arrived past at 9 and we were told she is running late, that I understand it happens to anyone. She arrived, she didn't greet nor smile, we placed our order & it finally arrived after few 14 minutes. Anam has no customer service non what-so-ever, the tall coloured guy who was mopping was friendly though
