Wings not available while store is still opened

I arrived there at about 19:46 Wanting to buy 20 wings I was told how the wings are finished and they can’t take my order because it takes time 20 minutes to bread them and 10 minutes to cook them and I was told by the manager I think because the cashier just looked at the manager as a customer how is that my problem because I had arrived before the store closes @20:00and I can recall that this is not the first time wanting to buy food them telling me it’s finished while the store is still open I had to opted buying Streers at 19:50 I had no hassle as they also close at 20:00 but I was served without any hassle
