Where are the staff?

I am visiting in Port Elizabeth from Cape Town and have visited the Hunry Lion situated in the Pier 14 Mall twice. On both occasions it has been very disappointing to see that on both of these occasions the same thing happened. All of the tables are dirty... Customers just get up and leave their trays and no staff is cleaning it up either. We had to clean a table on both occasions in order to have a sit down meal. As if that was not bad enough, there was a booth packed with Hungry Lion staff, sitting and eating. I get that they are entitled to their break time, but sitting down with the customers and leaving the eating area looking like that, that's just not good customer service. For me, the first time I went there I thought it maybe it was just a once off thing, but clearly this seems to be the norm. The food I have no problem with, the customer service and experience.... HUGE PROBLEM!
