Well, that's us done with Hungry Lion.

This was our second visit to the Sandown branch, and for the second time we were told there was no chicken available, despite arriving around 18:45 and the store only closing at 20:00.

But the bigger issue? The chicken we did receive was undercooked.

I'm sorry, but that's simply not acceptable. Running out of stock is one thing, but serving undercooked chicken is a serious food safety concern.

As customers, we're expected to pay full price every time. In return, we expect food that is available, properly prepared, and safe to eat.

Unfortunately, this is now the second disappointing experience at this branch, and it will be our last. Hungry Lion Sandown has lost us as customers.
