Waiting time complaining

I am very disappointed with the Hammanskraal crossing staff I've waited for an hour to get my order even after I complained about waiting no one is apologizing and I waited again for 15 minutes I was so crossed and my son was so hungry I am so mad with that staff members for today I won't even recommend anyone to go to that shop.
