Vouchers

I won a burger chips and coke via weChat app from M4Jam if anyone has heard off it! However I sent the voucher to my husband as he is closer to hungry lion store so I thought he could redeem but to my amazement the store obviously has never been trained to accept vouchers so they told him the system was offline, he said he would come back the next day (Saturday 22rd August ) they made him wait 1 hour before actually helping him then said there system isn't active for vouchers!!!! Honestly what type of ****ty service is that?? If you guys didn't know shouldn't you call head office or someone who knows and can assist in training or showing your store how a customer can redeem a voucher??? Why allow people to win then disappoint them by saying you can't redeem your voucher here has our system doesn't accept it!! That's absolute hogwash and awful service!!<br> TRAIN YOUR STAFF!!!!
