Very very poor service in Motherwell Hungry Lion

I bought a cup of Caramel ice cream around midday at a busy Hungry Lion at Motherwell Shopping Centre I had. A R200 note and the cashier said she had no change, which I understood. Another customer next to me gave me 2 x R100 notes. The cashier was already shouting at me and I asked for the supervisor who was standing at the service area when all this happened. I could red on her face that she was not going to help as she came with an attitude as well. She offered no help as she just said, "we don't have change. I was not happy with the supervisor and I asked for the manager. She was even worse. Her name is Siphesihle, if I'm not mistaken. I'm definitely not 100% sure about this name, but it's something close to that. All the staff at the front there, are clueless of what customer service is. I will never go back there and I will ensure that my family, my friends and their friends choose KFC which is in the same complex rather than Hungry Lion in Motherwell Shopping Centre in Port Elizabeth.
