Very pathetic service obtained protea glen hungry lion

I went to hungry lion protea glen mall and order jumbo deal of which was 10 piece and 4 chips and cooldrink . The lady asked me if she can upsize my chips 🍟 I agree .it was around 13h40 .then the till slip came out before I pay ,then the cashier refer to another guy who was standing next to her giving out orders . Then the guy ask me to go and withdraw cash and I advise I'm carrying a 4 months baby she is impatient as it's hot and he told me I must personal hand my card and pin and give cashier to withdraw cash . I was disappointed if the till slip come up there is always correction I was suppose to walk all the way to ATM 🏧. What's the reason of having speed point and as a country we moving cashless. Then after my transaction was never referred to the manager and I was asked to leave as there was nothing for them to do . Instead the guy insisted for me giving my personal card and pin for them to withdraw . Who does that are they ****mers . Was very dissapointed of hungry lion protea glen . Service was very bad .
