Utterly disgusted

I went to ur avonwood branch buying a megameal and a coleslaw... I swapped 3 pieces out for zamba coz my hubby loves it.... I am super annoyed that this is my second time visiting the store and all I get are smaller pieces of chicken eg wings and drumsticks.... the first time I promised to never go back again but decided to give it a try again however I again only got smaller pieces, my husband might I add is not happy at all as you can imagine because after his so called meal he is still hungry.... also to top it off my chicken was burnt now and I didn't get any coleslaw..... I will NEVER go back to ur avonwood store again and this promise I will keep... I have sent you an inbox message on Facebook and some1 advised they will call me bare in mind this was Monday.... I feel ****** after both visits to your avonwood store... This might be based in Elsies but it doesn't mean you need to hold back amazing service.. I feel like as a franchise you really don't care for your clients... I will definitely be spreading the word about this store that I can garentee you.... hopefully after this review some1 has the decency to try and apologies
