Upset customer

I had an unpleasant and disappointing experience at Hungry Lion Pretoria Prime Towers on Francis Baard and Lillian Ngonyi Street. It was at 10:02 in the morning of September 27, 2025. I was served by employee ***. My invoice number is 31173. I was ordering a Big Bite, but your consultant recommended another meal, which was obviously at a higher price. I didn't have a problem with it and said okay. She then asked me, "Do you want Red Bull or Score?" I don't know what Score is and have never heard of it. I asked her what she meant, but she repeated the question, asking if I wanted Red Bull or Score. These were the only two options she gave me. I said I'll go for Score, obviously assuming it's a normal drink. Logically, I wouldn't have gone through the menu again because the person who works there is recommending a meal.

I took the meal and sat down to eat. As I was eating, I realized that Score is an energy drink. Bear in mind that I was given the option to choose between two energy drinks. I looked over at the screen and saw that there were three options for drinks for the meal she recommended: Coca Cola, Red Bull, and Score. I headed to the counter and told the person who gave me the food that I was never given the option of Coca Cola and that I didn't want the Score drink. He said that unfortunately, they couldn't change it for me. I didn't want any confrontation, so I ate my meal. I opened the Score drink but left it untouched because I don't drink caffeine due to health reasons.

On my way home, I looked at the receipt and saw that it stated "swap 440ML TO SC." What I want to know is who she agreed to swap with, as she never gave me that option. I was very disappointed on my way home. I did not enjoy that meal. I don't think I will be visiting that store again. It was done deliberately because the fridge was full of all sorts of drinks.
