Untidy branch and Burnt Chicken

I visited the Makhaza branch in Khayelitsha Cape town, restuarant was so untidy with no one cleaning. Bought 7pc bucket and it was looked like it was cooked with used oil as it was so dark and burnt, i layed a complaint on their whatsup number with pictures of the chicken and the till slip on friday but till today i have not been attended to so pathetic!!!
