Unsatisfied customer

I recently visited the N1 City Hungry Lion and my experience was utterly horrid. Firstly I ordered a couple of things from their menu alongside two double munch burger meals and I was extremely displeased with what I received. I have ordered these meals before and I was aware that the bun size was smaller than your regular big boss bun and I was okay with that but the fillet on those munch burgers were extremely small and I was unable to see them on the bun so much that I needed to take it apart to check if there was even fillets at all. The fillets were nugget sized and not even covering half of the bun which was already small. The adverti*****t for this burger even shows both fillets being visible from the side and my comparison from what I got and the adverti*****t was very different. I have ordered these meals before and I have seen the size of what those fillets are supposed to be so it was truly a shock to me.

When I went to complain to the manager they shut me down and instead kept insisting that I was wrong and that these small nugget sized fillets were always that size and refused to help me when I wanted to changed my meal while paying for it. Furthermore when I lodged my complain to the official hungry lion website I got a response 4 days later just telling me that my case was successfully resolved and now closed. I was not pleased with this response as I don't have any clue what change was made or how the issue was handled. It honestly just felt like they were trying to shut me up and my dissatisfaction still stands.
