Unsafe environment for customers and staff

I visited the outlet in Middestad Mall im Bellville on Sunday 8th Oct 2017. This is the second time I was in that outlet and both experiences were nothing short of horrific!! I cannot understand why there is no security!!! Beggers high on glue and who knows what else begging inside, disturbing families having lunch, very rude and persistant. Gangsters intimidating customers in the queue for money, walking right to the front of the queue pass everybody else to get what they want, asking staff for food. When I asked the manager why there is no security she said she has no control over it. They were a handful of ladies on duty with a packed store and nobody could do anything. The manager asked the one begger to leave the store and stop bothering the customers and I was appauled at the abuse they have to suffer. He was yelling and swearing such aweful words that I would never repeat and literally started chasing her in the mall as she went to search for the malls security whom she never found. I dont know if anybody else has visited this store, but this is abuse and nobody should be expected to work under these conditions. What is it to spend on the safety of their staff and clients?? Must something worse first happen before consideration is given to their safety? WTH?! The food is excellent, but people dont want to go there because they fear for their safety. Any Tom **** and Harry is free to use the basin and tap close to the tables where people eat. Everybody is clinging to their belongings and too afraid to say anything. Hungry Lion take heed before something bad happens. If you care for your staff and your clients you will employ security. This is not even supposed to be negotiable, it's a human right so buck up!! Something must be done soon and btw cctv cameras can't protect anybody when something happens, how about using it to see what their staff and clients go through everyday?! Or better yet why don't top management visit the store themselves with their families and experience the abuse and ************ 1st hand?!
