unhygienic environment

the service I have received from Hungry Lion was extremely putrid. I went to buy a special where I will buy 2 pieces of chicken and chips, buy one and get on free for R40.00. I get there with no explanation the lad at the cash desk advises that t I R48.00. okay, no problem..... I inform her that I will be going to Pick n Pay and will not be too long. upon returning after 20mins, my order is not done. wait for another ten minutes, I eventually realize that the people working with the food has NO gloves on. disgusted, I ask one of he lady's in the kitchen about my observation. and she said that they do not need to wear gloves as they do not touch the food. I think that whether you touch the food or not, any persons hands needs to be covered.
