Unhappy Customer

My husband went to buy some dinner for us and when he reach the ordering station the staff was chatting with one another not taking note of the customers Infront of them.When my husband addressed them they just looked at him and continued to with there conversation laughing and talking with one another.When they eventually took his order,they didn't have any attention to what my husband was saying about the food he was about to order,because it was for two separate people and he wanted them to packed it separately.When he received the order they packed everything together and when my husband said that he wanted separate packets.They told him with a attitude that he never told them he wanted to be packed separately.He then said to them yes he did but they never listened when he was talking and was talking among one another instead of listen to what he was saying to them. When we opened the bag of food the fries was oily and looked like you could squeeze the oil of it.The chicken was unappetizing and was not spicy at all even though he ordered the spicy chicken.I don't write the review to get free food,but I will never buy anything from hungry lion again,because once I taste something that's not appetizing I will never support that business again.But the service of Hungry Lion Durbanville is poorly and they way the treat there customer without any respect is rude.Just plain rude.😡😡😡😡😡
