Uneducated Manager/supervisor

Hungry Lion zevenwacht mall supervisor/ manager CINDY !!!!! not one bit worth of any of these titles. My order was taken at 19h52 advised it will take 15 min. After 20min I asked if my food was ready yet. I was advised they waiting 1 product of my order another 10 min passed and I approached again and advised they busy waiting for a complete different dish. A lady with no name displayed came and asked for 3 of our (customers numbers) she helped someone else because she said she will look at the time the order was placed and given it according. She passed this duty to one of the other employers still waiting another 10 min later. I asked where my food was she then took the other ladies slip who places her order after mine I asked her now what happened we going according to time and she mumbled something. She then said 'dis I ombeskofte vrou' refering to me. I told her she should not speak to me like that I just want the service I paid for . I really don't know where or if this lady even knows what customer care is🤬
