Unbothered hunger lion manager

Hungry lion employees at Bellville Voortrekker take the cake for worst customer service. Their attitude is always bad when serving clients and it filters down from their management. The manager herself lacks customer care s****s when handling grievances. I love the brand but won’t be using that branch ever again unfortunately.

I bought chicken and realized it was foul. When I returned it,no engagement whatsoever from the manager,not a single word to me,she just instructed her staff to pack another meal for me. Are you seriously not going to open the packet and see what’s wrong,offer options on how to remedy the actions,you will just assume I’m here for more chicken and not consider the fact you might be continuing to distribute rotten chicken to clients. By these actions the manager potentially exposed me to further health risk.
