Unacceptable service 😡

Terrible service from a cashier who refused to sell me the ice cream i wanted all because she made some sort of mistake with a previous customer and did not want to make a void for that transaction that was merely R10 so in essence trying to force me to take the R10 ice cream i did not want or else she would not sell me the one i wanted, so left completely disappointed without getting the meal i wanted and the ice cream.

This happened at the Hungry Lion Qonce Market Square branch on the 10 of May 2025 at around 15:30 to 15:50
