I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at Hungry Lion today. We ordered two burgers and waited for over an hour for our food. Even after repeatedly asking about our order, we were continuously told to “wait two minutes” or that the food was still being prepared.

What made the experience even worse was the way our complaints were handled. Instead of someone properly assisting us or giving us a clear explanation, we were repeatedly told to keep waiting.

After waiting for more than an hour, I also requested a refund because of the unacceptable delay, but I was told that card payments could not be refunded.

I understand that restaurants can get busy, but customers should be informed honestly and treated with respect when there are delays. Waiting over an hour for two burgers, with no proper communication or assistance, is simply unacceptable.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both the service and the way customer complaints are handled.
